Returns and Repairs

To request a repair or a refund

  • Go to “My Account -> Orders
  • Open your order details
  • Select “Request a Replacement or a  Refund
  • Create your Request
    • Select if you want the "Replace (Repair)" or the “Refund”
    • Select the reason
    • Add your notes if any
    • Press  the “Return” button to submit your request.

To follow up on your “Repair/Refund” request or to view the history

  • Go to “My Account -> Return request
  • You may press on the Request ID for further details
