Returns and Repairs
To request a repair or a refund
- Go to “My Account -> Orders”
- Open your order details
- Select “Request a Replacement or a Refund”
- Create your Request
- Select if you want the "Replace (Repair)" or the “Refund”
- Select the reason
- Add your notes if any
- Press the “Return” button to submit your request.
To follow up on your “Repair/Refund” request or to view the history
- Go to “My Account -> Return request”
- You may press on the Request ID for further details
